Three star
The machine overall gets a five star but I'm rating at 3 because it leaks water on the table it doesn't drain threw the hose correctly
great but
great but living in an area with high heat and humidity(FL) we have to clear it constantly from ice clumps next to the blade, we use a bottle brush to help unclog it.
Great product
This has really worked well for us and was a great investment. I recommend it for the price and size.
