Wrong size sent
Sent 81/2 " and ordered a 10 1/4 inch. Got glass lid instead which I like much better after seeing the stainless steel lid.
Scanpan is the best
I have several Scanpan products. I use them everyday in a variety of ways. The quality and durability is superb. I'm a "professional" home cook and I have a lot of cooking products. Scanpan is used more frequently than any other product. With the proper care, this product will last a long time. During searing and frying, the product browns which is a rarity in non'stick surfaces. Even heat is great. I have used the Scanpan products for years and I am completely satisfied with product performance.
Scanpan Professional 12-1/2 Inch Stainless Steel Cover
I bought a frying pan that was just a bit too large for the cover I had so I bought this one and have used it many times. It washes nicely and still looks new. A great product that I highly recommend. Seller was helpful and prompt.
