Emile Henry 3.7-Quart Tagine and Gwp Cookbook, Olive

still learning
Have only used it twice - the tiny "cookbook" only has a few recipes, but I found more online. It's heavy and clumsy to set up - consider getting the smaller one if you really don't need to make large quantities. Cooks much faster than I thought - chicken in about an hour. I am being careful to warm it up slowly - I have a ceramic, flat surface electric stove and it's worked just fine.

Fantastic Tagine
This tagine is exactly what I wanted to cook for a crowd. There are smaller tagines out there, but if you want to cook for 6 or more people, this is the one you need. The flavor that this piece of cookware imparts on food is fantastic. Get a diffuser for heat if you plan to use on a gas flame, it will make clean up easier. This is the only tagine I found with a warranty. I plan to buy more Emile Henry in the future.
